There are 6 levels of access to the site:
1/ Guest - A visitor to the site who is not registered or has not logged in 2/ Registered - The level you 1st achieve when you sign up for the site 3/ Author - The level required (assigned by me) to submit articles. You can submit new news items, adverts etc. and are able to edit your own articles. 4/ Editor - Can submit and edit their own articles, as well as edit / delete those of other author's 5/ Publisher - Can approve and publish articles, as well as carry out the duties of an editor & author. 6/ Admin - Can do everything
At the moment, i envisage there being only one "Admin", and as many "authors" as there are service providers that wish to join the site and as many "Registered" members as people who want to make full use of the site as a resource and show their support by doing so. This software is new to us, but at present I can't see any need for any "editors", but at some point when the administrator is not available, there may need to be one or two trusted "publishers" who can authorise and publish new artiles in their absense.
Guests will be able to see a restricted view of the site, but not make full use, or read all of the information available until they register.
